9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- ✓ • User Cancellation — Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
- ✓ • Event Cancellation — Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer
- ✓ • Refund Processing — Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- ✓ • No Refund — No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
